Marceline(my style)

Marceline!!! AHHHHH!*fangirl squeal* I totally LOVE her (and flame princess...Flame princess is awesome. So very awesome ) A vampire queen that killed the King for no apparent reason(but who really pays attention to that kind of stuff?) Plus, the episode with the Ice king made me love her character even more and, in the process, rethink my thoughts on how i feel about the ice king(Little girl Marceline and Simon=Adorable!! )

As you notice, she's not wearing her usual clothes or any other outfits she usually wears because I decided to try and be unique by designing a new wardrobe for her but I used some colors of her original outfit. The hardest part about this drawing was the BG. I wanted her on Finn and Jake's house,but I ended up with...I guess her on a bridge? I can't really tell where she is. It's a random BG lol but! One cannot draw Marceline without her AXEBASS!! yea! and I added a music sheet because I like to think she would go out and write music

I can't believe I actually finished it though. I kept procrastinating on the coloring because I felt too lazy to do it(this coming from the girl who hasn't uploaded anything in a week...It's a shame I know) and I don't like to constantly refer to refs while I am coloring a character from a show =_=" It can be a pain. PLUS, I had homework galore(teachers hate me, I sear). Luckily, her refs were easy to follow(unlike a picture of Minnie Mandy where she has ALL that stuff coming from her back..and her wings...yea,drawings like that make me procrastinate) except for her eye because I didn't lnow whether to keep them black or color them red. I chose the latter, as you can see lol Anywho,

*sidenote: Also, if you have seen Mysterious Girlfriendx you may notice that I tried to copy the way the hair is shaded..I just love that style!*
